Sirius Vault · Cloud Storage, Metered

Storage that bills for the gigabyte you used — not the tier you were sold.

Sirius Vault is secure, effortlessly scalable cloud storage from the team behind SiriusCare. No 100 GB / 2 TB / 5 TB plans to outgrow or overpay for — just storage, metered to the byte, for businesses and families alike.

No credit card to explore. Cancel anytime — you only ever owe for what’s still stored.

Why Sirius Vault

Four things every storage vendor claims. We can show our work on all four.

Sirius Vault was built by re-architecting SiriusCare’s healthcare-grade storage platform for the general market — not the other way around.

Secure by default

Every file is encrypted the moment it’s stored and every time it moves. Every action is re-checked against who you are — not just trusted because you logged in an hour ago.

Infinitely scalable

Store a handful of files or millions of them — the platform grows with you automatically. No capacity planning, no performance cliff, no waiting on an upgrade.

Compliance-ready

Designed from day one around the privacy rules that matter most — healthcare, payments, and international data protection — with a signed agreement available for healthcare customers handling patient data.

Pay for exactly what you use

No fixed storage tiers. No “upgrade your plan” wall at 87% full. You’re billed for the gigabytes actually sitting in your vault — nothing you’re not using.

Built for two worlds

One platform. Two very different Tuesdays.

The same encrypted, metered storage engine — configured for how a business team and a family actually use it.

For Business

Run your org’s files the way you run your org.

Existing SiriusCare healthcare agencies and any growing team can turn on Sirius Vault without new logins or new IT overhead.

  • Role-based access: admin, manager, member, viewer
  • Folder-level restrictions per department (HR, Finance, Ops)
  • Single sign-on across the SiriusCare app suite
  • Org-wide activity history, plus a signed data agreement for teams handling patient information

For Personal & Family

The photos, videos, and documents your family actually keeps.

The first person to sign up becomes the account owner and can invite family or friends as sub-users — no separate accounts to manage.

  • Invite family members by email, no shared passwords
  • Shared folders for the photos everyone should see
  • Version history — an overwritten memory is never gone for good
  • No surprise “you’re full, upgrade now” tier walls

Pricing philosophy

Fixed tiers make you the one absorbing the mismatch. Metering doesn’t.

Google Drive, Dropbox, and Box+ price in fixed steps — 100 GB, 2 TB, 5 TB. Land between two tiers and you either delete something you wanted, or pay for headroom you’ll never touch. Sirius Vault meters storage the same way your cloud provider bills us — down to the gigabyte, every month.

Final published rates will be confirmed at general availability — the figures at right are illustrative, not a live quote.

Illustrative example, not a quote
Family photo & video vault≈10 GB stored≈$1.00/mo
Small care agency archive≈250 GB stored≈$25.00/mo
Multi-site business archive≈5 TB stored≈$500.00/mo
No plan to outgrow, no plan to downgrade. The bill simply follows what’s actually in the vault.

Security & compliance

Built for the data you can’t afford to get wrong.

Sirius Vault’s architecture is designed around the strictest customer we serve — a healthcare agency handling protected health information — then made available to everyone.

Your own encryption key

Every organization gets its own private encryption key the moment it signs up — not a key shared across every customer on the platform. Bank-grade encryption, both while a file sits in your vault and while it moves between your device and ours.

Your data, walled off

Every request is checked against your identity before it can touch a single file. Your organization’s data never mixes with anyone else’s.

Least-privilege access

Unique logins for every person, minimum-necessary permissions by role, and no shared accounts.

Auditable by design

File events — upload, download, delete, share, permission change — are logged and kept for long-term review.

Versioned & recoverable

Version history and safe deletion mean an accidental delete or overwrite isn’t automatically permanent.

Scanned before it’s shared

Every upload is automatically scanned for malware before anyone else can access it.

Smart, risk-based verification

Extra identity checks kick in automatically when something looks unusual — a new device, a new location — so trusted logins stay friction-free.

Signed agreements on request

Healthcare customers get a Business Associate Agreement; business customers can request a Data Processing Agreement.

These labels are privacy and security standards regulators use to judge us — you don’t need to memorize what they mean, just know we’re building toward every one of them.

Questions

Before you ask support

Is Sirius Vault only for healthcare organizations?+

No. Sirius Vault shares its security foundation with SiriusCare’s healthcare products, but it’s built for anyone — businesses of any kind, and individuals or families who want secure, affordable personal storage.

How does pay-per-gigabyte billing actually work?+

Your storage is measured continuously. Your bill each period reflects what was actually stored — there’s no plan tier to select, hit, or outgrow.

Can I use this for personal photos and videos, not just work files?+

Yes — that’s one of the two ways Sirius Vault is designed to be used. Sign up individually, and you can invite family members as sub-users under your account.

Is my data encrypted?+

Yes. Every file is encrypted the moment it’s stored and every time it travels between your device and ours. There is no unprotected path through the system.

Is Sirius Vault HIPAA and SOC 2 compliant today?+

Not yet certified, but nearly all of the underlying work is already shipped: a private encryption key per organization, automatic malware scanning, risk-based identity verification, long-term audit logging, and per-department folder restrictions are all live today. A BAA is available for healthcare customers handling protected health information. The remaining piece before we’d call this HIPAA-ready end to end is a web application firewall in front of our API — already decided, not yet deployed. SOC 2 audit work is underway. We’ll update this page the moment formal certifications are complete — we won’t claim them earlier than that.

Can our team sign in with the company login we already use (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Okta)?+

That’s on the roadmap. Today, everyone on your team signs in with a Sirius Vault account (or a Google, Microsoft, or Apple personal account). Bringing your own company identity provider — so your team’s existing corporate login is the only one they need — is planned for a later release, aimed squarely at businesses that don’t want to create and manage a separate login for every employee.

Will there be a desktop app?+

A browser-based app comes first. Windows and Mac desktop apps with native file-system sync are on the roadmap for a later phase.

Stop paying for the storage tier. Start paying for the storage.
